TagTele.com is a video site mostly in the French language. If you do not speak or read French, open a new tab or window and go to Babel Fish (Yahoos Translator Site) or Google Translator Language Tools Site to help you understand better where to click and navigate. Categories are basically self explanatory though and you may not need the extra help. Technologies, Television, Films, Publicity, History, Political, Novelty, Animation, Voyages, Sports, Vehicles, Music, Humor, and even more categories.
There's a tab called Quebec clip for a forum area and voting with listings of recent videos. If you enjoy children or music at all and don't look up Connie Talbot at TagTele, you are missing out.

You may just find some very interesting video content at TagTele than at sites like YouTube and you never know, you might just get inspired to create one of your own.
